An official statement was released by Sony Computer Entertainment today about the PlayStation 3 and the PlayStation Move’s sales. The original PS3 system was launched more than 4 years ago and now has reached an accumulative sales of 50 million units.

What’s impressive is the PlayStation Move which was launched not more than 7 months ago but have reportedly been sold more than 8 million units as of early April 2011.

Despite rumors that the PlayStation 3 is no better than the Xbox 360, you can’t ignore the fact that the PlayStation is doing good in terms of sales.

Capcom Arcade added with two more classic Capcom games!

mozoot.capcomarcade

When Capcom first released their Capcom Arcade app for the iOS in November, it certainly caught my attention. The app featured classic games from way back like Ghouls ‘n Ghosts, 1942 and even Street Fighter! The app itself is free to download but comes with only three free tickets, meaning you can play a game for three times. After which, you need to purchase tokens or the Arcade game itself for $0.99 each.

I love games that feature the old school of the gaming world. I mean its nice to relive my childhood through apps like these. If you’re into classic handheld gaming as well, you could try Monkey Labour too which features classic LCD handheld gaming.

Other than the gold backing, the Motorola Xoom tablet will be identical to the all black model that will be coming out in the US Market, only not so “oscar-ish”.

One of the most noticeable changes in the model (gold/silver) is its revamped interface. It also projects smoother animations in apps and during transitions.
